Courtesy Referral Procedures
Thank you for your interest in the Athens Canine Rescue Referral Page.
If you have a dog for which you are trying to find a new home and would like us to list it on our courtesy referral page, please email a description of the dog and a photo to referral@athenscaninerescue.com.
Information to include in your description:
- Breed or Mixed Breed (Best Guess)
- Approximate Age
- Verify Spayed or Neutered
- Medical History
- Behavior / Demeanor
- Positive Attributes
- Negative Attributes potential adopters should be aware of (aggression towards cats, children,etc.)
- Preferred Contact Information
Each dog will be posted for 30 days unless an extension is specifically requested.
Athens Canine Rescue kindly requests that you provide a small donation in return for listing your dog on our referral page.
