Maggie
Maggie, who weighs under 40 pounds, is about 9 and a half and is a spaniel mix—English toy or Cavalier King Charles with something larger. She is looking for a new home because her owner recently died. The owner brought her home from the pound in August 2004 so Maggie lived in the same household for over seven years. She was chosen at the pound because the staff commented on how well behaved she was: “that one hasn’t done anything wrong since she’s been here.” She was very playful as a young dog and still seems to get along with other dogs and cats. She tends to be submissive and may do best with other pets without dominance issues. Maggie is house trained and leash trained and recently has become crate and kennel trained. She requires a potato and duck diet to manage a food allergy. Maggie does have some separation anxieties, but a crate or kennel seems to help her manage those. She is currently in foster care. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heart worm negative, and receives regular heart worm and flea preventative treatments.

Stella
A very sweet girl we named Stella showed up at our residence and is in need of a good home. We love her very much but we are about to have a baby and cannot keep her. She is a pointer mix and is about a year old. We had her spayed and provided shots at our local vet. She is loving and gets along great with other dogs. We have an older Great Dane and they get along great buy with a baby coming we cannot afford to keep her. She loves to play in the water and is friendly with children, she has never been around cats. No known medical issues we have been giving her heart worm and flea preventative since she showed up.

Stella is a Pit mix and is approximately two years old. It appears she has had puppies. We have been keeping Stella for about 3 months, but she has had issues with our current dog. I believe that Stella is jealous and needs to be a single dog. She is very attractive, loves to cuddle. is extremely loya, and has been fine around our cat and 5 year old son. Because of her jealousy towards our other dog, which I have had for 7 years, we have concerns about her with a newborn child which we plan on having in the near future.
