(Brother Bear, the Movie)

Welcome Bear! This guy is one of the happiest dogs you’ll EVER come across! At 35 pounds and about a year old, Bear is likely done growing and will permanently be the fluffiest medium dog you’ll meet!

Bear is completely house-trained, and hasn’t had any accidents in his foster home! He can hold his bladder through the night and while foster mom is at work! Bear is working on being crate-trained, and is almost there! He currently needs a bit of “bait” to get him into the crate, but once in there, he settles down quickly!

Bear has only been around one dog while with his foster mom, but he did well with her! He listened to her cues, and gave her space when she wanted it! We do believe that Bear will be an excellent dog park dog though, and that he will be a regular once he gets the hang of it!

Bear is brave and will march on up to new people to say hi! He loves getting pets from everyone (including new friends!) and will ask just about everyone for some!

Our dude is pretty flexible when it comes to his energy level! He LOVES being outside, and will dance when he sees his leash. But when his people need it, he is happy to just be independently entertained – choosing to chew on a bone, or (okay maybe not so independently), get a pet (or two)! Bear will let you know when he wants attention, whether that be through pawing at you, or jumping into your lap – you’ll know when he wants your love!
