Welcome Jasmine! This sweet six pound girl is just around a year old. She is new to the program so we are learning more about her. The thing we do know though, is that she loves to snuggle and be close to her humans!
She currently lives with other dogs in her foster home and seems to be doing fine with them, as she much prefers her people.
