“Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else.” – Judy Garland
Welcome Judy! Judy is a cute 10 month old puppy who weighs just under 50 pounds, and will probably be in the 60-80 pound range once full grown. Judy is a happy pup, who is learning how great it is to be herself!
Judy is almost potty trained, and is fully kennel trained! She will go into her kennel on command, and stays quiet inside the kennel while Foster Mom is gone. Judy views her kennel as her safe space, and goes in there on her own to chew on her toys! Judy is very excited to meet new human friends, and is currently learning how to keep all four paws on the ground. She loves hanging out with her human friends, and appreciates getting a lot of attention.
Judy loves playing with other dogs! She is a very playful pup, and loves it when Foster Mom takes her to the dog park. Judy loves to run around and wrestle with other dogs around her, but is very respectful if a dog tells her that they don’t want to play. She has also been around puppies, and has been very gentle with them. Judy could potentially live in a feline-friendly home – she saw a cat at the vet’s office, and tried to hide from it, so we suspect that she would just ignore a family cat. Judy has also been around children, and did well with them.
Judy is an energetic pup! She currently is content with trips to the dog park and play sessions at home with her canine-buddies. Once she’s older, she would make a great jogging/running partner.
