Introducing Levi! Levi is a precious Pitty mix and weighs just under 50lbs. At only a year old, he’s fully housebroken and proving to be an excellent cuddler!
This love bug is a super happy boy when Foster Dad gets home. The second he is let out of his crate, he runs in circles until the back door opens for him to sprint through the yard! Gotta get those crazies out! On the flip side, Levi absolutely loves cuddling and getting bell rubs. Naps are pretty high up on his priority list as well, so he’s a solid combo of lazy and crazy 😉 Ultimately, a long daily walk or some good play sessions in the yard is a good amount of exercise to keep Levi healthy and active.
You won’t have to worry about teaching Levi housebreaking; this boy’s got it down! Sleeping through the night is not a problem at all and he hasn’t had any accidents in the house. Crate training is still a work in progress, but he has already shown immense improvement! Even though he doesn’t particularly care for his crate, he only whines for a bit and manages to keep it clean. But, come on – he wants to cuddle with his humans and that’s a little difficult between wire bars!
Levi currently lives with a cat and was absolutely fascinated by his first encounter. With the initial smack in the face, Levi learned quickly to stay away and hasn’t bothered him since. Though he’s never been around children, he’d probably be fine so long as they are big enough to handle their own. Structured introductions are not necessary and Levi makes for a great dog-park dog. So if you don’t want to exercise with him, or you don’t have a yard, a quick drive to his doggy friends is A-OK!
If you’re looking for a canine companion who is people happy and just looking for some love, Levi is the ham you’ve been waiting for. His dopey demeanor and love of his humans will make him a family favorite in no time!
