Tyrion – Adopted!!!
“Never forget what you are. The rest of the world will not. Wear it like armor, and it can never be used to hurt you.” – Tyrion Lannister, Game of Thrones
Welcome Tyrion!! This confident guy is never going to forget who he is: a 1 year old, 30 pound fun loving pup!
Worried that you won’t have time to kennel train your newest pup due to all that battling over who will win the Iron Throne? Worry no more – Tyrion is already kennel trained! Once inside he is quiet and relaxed. Tyrion has also made quick progress on house training and seems to be well on his way to being potty trained! Tyrion has also shown us that he is AMAZING with kids! At a recent adoption event he spread himself over three kids’ laps, and just soaked up all the attention they were willing to give.
Tyrion absolutely loves having dog friends – if there’s a dog around to be friends with and roughhouse with, he’ll find them. If no other dogs are near, he’ll follow Foster Mom around. 😂 While Tyrion from Game of Thrones entertains himself with words, our Tyrion entertains himself with toys! He loves to play fetch by himself – he’ll toss his toys in the air and then chase after them! Once he’s done with that, he plays “hide the toys in my foster sibling’s kennel” which is a really long name for a game, but Tyrion thought it was perfect. If he gets bored from that, then it’s time for his next favorite game: zooming around the yard!
Currently, Tyrion is content with getting his energy out through a few play sessions in his backyard. He also enjoys going to the dog park to play with new and familiar friends, but he doesn’t need it to be happy. Speaking of which, this friendly guy always has a huge smile on his face during play time 😁 He was recently very happy with himself when he multitasked holding a bone in his mouth and barking at the same time – quite the feat!
