Domino

Domino is a sweet and handsome boy that is a perfect gentleman in his foster home! They love having him around since he is so easy! He is both housebroken and crate trained and is very good about both. It will be an easy transition for him into a new home in that regard! He lives with other dogs and gets along well with them. With new dogs, he is happy to take the introductions slow as they get to know each other and then he is ready to be friends. He has met a few cats before and does seem to want to chase them. We think he’d be best living without them. Domino loves to chew on bones and chew toys and likes to go for walks. He doesn’t have a lot of energy – just a good amount where he will walk/play and then hang out the rest of the time. He is an excellent snuggler and really likes to cuddle and follow you around the house. He likes to be near you as much as possible so he can get some love! He also likes to play fetch but is still working on giving the ball back so you can throw it again. Because of Domino’s build and size, he is on an inexpensive glucosamine supplement to keep his joints healthy. His previous owners didn’t...

Victor

Victor is a young and handsome pointer mix that should top out around 45 pounds when he is fully grown. He is crate trained and almost housebroken. He has only had a few accidents since we have had him, so we expect he will be fully trained in no time! Victor lives with other dogs and cats right now. He does wonderfully with the dogs – they are older than him, so he’s a bit more playful then they are used to, but he is properly submissive to them and knows when they want to rest. He is interested in the cats in what we think is a playful way. He will certainly back off if they let him know they aren’t friendly, but if they run away, he thinks they are playing and he chases them. Victor is a typical puppy and loves to play. He would be a great dog to take to a dog park where everyone there wants to play too. He would love to have a built in doggie playmate at home, but if not then trips to the park would be great. He will definitely need some playtime and a few walks a day to get rid of his puppy energy, but he knows when to settle down inside too. He does great playing with toys inside and keeps himself occupied. He is...

Bruce

Bruce is a wonderful love-bug that settled into his foster home like he’s been there forever! He is a boxer mix and has the stubby tail to show it! And his whole body wiggles when he gets excited! He is already housebroken and crate trained so a transition into a new home will be easy in that department! Bruce lives with other dogs right now and he is very playful – he would be a great dog to take to the dog park! He loves to wrestle with them, go for a hike, or just a walk around the block. He is pretty laid back though and doesn’t need a ton of exercise. Inside, he likes to walk around carrying (and squeaking) his rubber chicken toy – it’s pretty cute! He would do well with daily walks, especially if he doesn’t have a live-in doggie playmate. He’s low maintenance though and will hang out inside and just chill out with everyone. While we haven’t seen him with cats, he did meet some ferrets and was very gentle with them. He has met several new people since we have had him – including kids of all ages. He was very gentle with everyone and happy to make friends! He loves to get affection and if he sees the opportunity to get it, he is all about it! He likes to...

Brody – Adopted!

Brody is a sweet shar pei mix that moved into his foster’s house like he’s lived there forever. He is crate trained already and just about house broken. He sleeps through the night without any problems at all – but he hasn’t quite learned a signal to let us know he needs to go out. He should get that down in no time with a good schedule! He lives with other dogs and does really well with them – all shapes, sizes and ages. He loves to play with them and can definitely entertain himself if there is another playful dog around. He would be a great dog to take to the dog park. We haven’t seen him with cats, but we think he will be just as curious and playful with them as he is with the small dogs. Brody is a very sweet dog but can be just a little shy when meeting new people (kids included). He just waits a moment to get to know you but he gets over it very quickly – then he has lots of love and kisses to give if you want them! He loves to be a part of the action at home and prefers to have company whether inside or out. If no one wants to play outside, then he’d rather take care of business and then head back...

Davis

Davis is a handsome lab/spaniel mix weighing in right at 35 pounds. Perfect size! He is a happy and bouncy guy! He is crate trained and still working on housebreaking. He does really well with a consistent schedule, so his new owner will need to finish up that training. Davis lives with other dogs and he love to play with them. He is quite the goofball and likes to have fun, spending the day playing with toys and just letting loose. When he plays, he can be a throw his weight around and doesn’t always recognize if another dog doesn’t like it. He doesn’t quite understand that sometimes other dogs need a little space. So, it’s possible he could be too much for a dog that doesn’t like his style. Davis also likes to play fetch but still not sure how the whole ‘bring it back’ thing works…. but maybe his new family can teach him! He really loves the company of human pals and he loves to cuddle but he really look forward to the playing with them part. He is a young dog and would love a family who likes to do stuff like go for walks, play in the yard, or even the occasional jog, but won’t say no to sitting with you and enjoying a nice nap by your side. He has meet some kids...
